RETURN & SHIPPING POLICIES

SKINCARE RETURN POLICY

If the reason for your return is our fault such as the item being damaged or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly refund you the total cost of the product or send you the item which you ordered, granted that all the following conditions are met:

  1. You notify us within 10 days of purchase the error that occurred.
  2. All items returned must be in its original state, unused and in original packaging along with the proof of purchase. If opened or used, by LAW we CAN NOT accept returns on skincare, bath, beauty and other hygiene products.

No return or exchanges are accepted after 10 days of delivery date.

FOOD RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items. Sale on all food items are final.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEM RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns and all sales are final for any discounted, or sale items/clearance items. This is only applicable if the item is not damaged or defective.

JEWELRY RETURN POLICY

  1. We are sorry but we do not accept returns or exchange on all Jewelry purchased.
  2. We will offer an exchange or store credit if there is a manufacturer defect.
  3. If your Jewelry is defective you must contact us within 9 days of your order. We will credit or exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging only.
  4. After contacting us, all defective must be returned within 10 days of purchase.

In most cases we accept returns within 14 days and usually offer money back, store credit or replacement of the product if we are in default.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. We ship with USPS on all items excepting the Steinhausen watches and winders that are shipped with the UPS.
  2. We will ship worldwide.
  3. Shipping costs vary on location and will be calculated on checkout.
  4. Locals can pick products from our pickup locations as indicated on our website
  5. Orders of $200.00 and above are shipped free . (This only applies to U.S.A and CANADA orders)
